Delco uses Ferco’s Simply Secure 3-deadbolt locking system that activates simultaneously.
By simply closing the door the upper and lower ¾″ (20mm) latches will instantly engage and become 2 additional deadbolts for maximum security.
The exterior door is locked when you simply turn the knob or key, engaging the 1″ central deadbolt. Your closed door is always protected against warping.

What is an Astragal?
An Astragal is the hardware that allows you to access and release the fixed or in-active door panel on a double door, french door or garden door system. The astragal is placed on the fixed door panel which helps seal the gap between the two doors, and is used to block sound or air drafts.
Standard Astragal Options
The standard option for any double door system comes equipped with a regular astragal or flush bolts — two separate bolts positioned at the top and bottom of the inactive panel. The upgraded option is the mortise astragal, centrally located on the inactive door, giving you easy access for opening the in-active door using a single hardened steel rod that travels from top to bottom.
